i've experimented with a bunch of stuff, gone back and forth, added and removed porn and orgasms. i think it's all good and interesting and worth experimenting and cycling
Probably like coffee. Naturally still going to do it as a part of life. But gotta reel yourself in 1-2x a year to avoid tolerance build up
