it's so cruel to raise children on stories where children get to be heroes and then place them for over a decade in an environment where they don't get any real opportunities for heroism ever

Big yes! I put the: - Monastic Academy - Recurse Centre - CFAR In this category of "grow / learn how to make everything turn out ok for humans with peers" institutions. I was planning on doing a tour of all in 2020. Excited for 2022 😁!
