the doctor who tested me for sleep apnea said i had an "unusually large tongue" that was blocking my throat and apparently tongue exercises can help strengthen the tongue so it stays up at night more easily? i have no idea why no one told me this when i was looking earlier

  • top of mouth toward teeth
    62.9%
  • top of mouth toward throa
    5.7%
  • in between top and bot
