Getting out of bed happened pretty smoothly after I started just saying "I'm lying in bed. I'm lying in bed. I'm lying in bed." 🤔
I don't use this trick nearly often enough.

just tried this and it worked lol, didn’t even have to say it out loud 😅
yep! out loud is making me giggle tho so i also like that
will need to do more testing but this may have solved my “executive dysfunction” lmao
