i actually did pretty well socially in high school all things considered. had a girlfriend. president of math club 😎 the jocks liked me once they found out i could sing. the popular girls recruited me into jazz choir. wrote and performed a song with a friend for graduation

Similar position, really. Girlfriend, was big into every music thing available, on the swim team. Still a huge awkward nerd, weaboo friends, played D&D and MtG. My school wasn’t as cliquey as some. Wasn’t a single dominant “popular crowd” to crap on everyone else, which helped.

yeah helped that my school wasn’t very cliquey either. honestly everyone was pretty chill, i wasn’t bullied by anyone or anything like that
