you can’t expect kids to want to be X if the adults who do X don’t spend any time around kids separating education and work was always a mistake kids should be seeing adults at their jobs all the time

With all the 'knowledge workers' working from home, in sight of their kids, I wonder if we see a spike in people wanting to work as HR managers, insurance brokers and project managers.
