ok i did day 1 of the r/bodyweightfitness regimen! it starts out real easy, let's see how far i can get :)

ok yeah you should 100% lift imo there's nothing like barbell work BUT for your apartment alone there's a pretty well-developed bodyweight progression, I think /r/bodyweightfitness has a writeup also I will gladly just send you Starting Strength when you get gym access

did day 2!! easy so far, feels satisfying in the same way that playing a video game does plan is when i miss a day to repeat the previous day and continue from there

day 3, parts of abs i didn't know existed are sore from yesterday cant really do proper rows on anything in this apartment but afaict i'm too weaj to do proper rows in general so far 😂

did day 4 bc i was feeling bad and figured at least i wouldnt feel guilty about not improving my mood with exercise if i just exercised lol this one was Hard, might need to slow down and repeat days from here on out
