4 years ago, I took a meditation course at stanford, and failed! only time Iโ€™ve ever not passed a class. meditating made me so anxious at the time, I stopped going. but now I really want to try again. Iโ€™m committing to meditating for 100 days. anyone have tips for me??

I like this approach. so far Iโ€™ve gotten myself to feel more comfortable the first few times by lying down instead of sitting
