4 years ago, I took a meditation course at stanford, and failed! only time I’ve ever not passed a class. meditating made me so anxious at the time, I stopped going. but now I really want to try again. I’m committing to meditating for 100 days. anyone have tips for me??

I was talking to a Zen Buddhist monk about my developing practice and she said something along the lines of "how fortunate it is that you're a beginner". In many ways getting started is the most joyful part.
