in middle school i used to volunteer at the library with a girl i thought was cute and/but sometimes she smelled bad and i never knew how to talk about it. it was a very specific smell i have since smelled like ~10 other times, always on women

when i kissed a woman who smelled really really good to me for the first time i was able to smell a slight metallic smell and apparently that was also a period thing. it didn’t smell bad that time though. more like it added a jazz note to her smell. mysteries

i really doubt it. it smells the same every time and is like... distinctly biological if that makes sense? in roughly the same category as fear sweat

regardless of what reddit thinks/says, i have also noticed that many women get an unpleasant smell during their periods
not sure if it's the blood or an overall body smell, tho i don't think it's actually the blood
