i actually bet that would not work (for many people)!
I have some thoughts about why it wouldn't work (people often don't think about what they're doing during sex, faulty feed back loops etc.) but what's your take?

retraumatization. i think that stuff you said also. it's just uniquely touchy compared to most other stuff you could try to iterate on
