FYI a new round of the attachment theory and repair course is starting soon (3/30). hard for me to review my experience b/c i have a lot of difficulty with the ideal parent figure protocol (which is their main technique) but seems promising so far:

Man I remember learning about ideal parent figure protocol, after 15 years of atheism (because god isn't real), Science is like, "just pretend you have a loving parent". Like, fuck. Christianity is still toxic but can't believe how long it took to get back to imaginary parents 😅
