FYI a new round of the attachment theory and repair course is starting soon (3/30). hard for me to review my experience b/c i have a lot of difficulty with the ideal parent figure protocol (which is their main technique) but seems promising so far:

i should clarify that when i mention having difficulty with the protocol i consider this a good sign that it's hitting on important material; i don't mean it's useless, i mean it's terrifying and i'm still trying to deal with that 😅
