I think in the last year I’ve become dumber. I’m less articulate for sure. Way more typos. Memory isn’t worse but I do forget words often. How can I change this...

i have definitely felt worse at talking! out of practice + lockdown insanity + who even knows :/
My verbal acuity has definitely taken a hit and I suspect it’s due to all the isolation and lack of exercise
