Situation:
Skipped breakfast. Crazy anxious. Heavy protein breakfast (eggs) fixed it. But then: bloating. Test: egg intolerance. Damn. Swapped for bacon. Problem solved? No -- bacon highly carcinogenic. Fu-- What can I eat for breakfast that has tons protein and not much else?

Went to a pharmacy and they drew blood and then sent me results. Tried to falsify it but failed
