total recall is on netflix and i was bored so i watched it. random thoughts: i’m sad the girl with three tiddies died. seeing paul verhoeven’s name made me wanna rewatch starship troopers. i wish the ending had been more ambiguous. ahnold was not the right choice to play quaid

combining the last two thoughts, i wish quaid had been played by someone who could sell the ambiguity of the ending. someone more neurotic or more of a daydreamer. could’ve added lines describing how it all turned out exactly like the package: blue sky, aliens, girl of his dreams
