a thing that's hard to express is how much I love just randomly filling out my history pages on Roam – this one is a master page on people, there's one on cities, and it's just so easy to tend to this graph and feel like I'm developing a richer understanding of the world

and a wonderful thing I can do with block references, for eg, is talk about how RWE – who has his own page – listed Goethe amongst his list of 6 Cool Dudes, each one of whom I can have block references to, too
