Neto pots work so well. The towel is simpler tho.

i have a neti pot and it was really useful when i was dealing with colds and stuff more often but also it's kind of a pain in the ass to set up everything :/ don't think i have any more distilled water eg

That is the downside tru. I am glad the towel worked. You can steam your head with a towel and a tea kettle. Hope you feel better.
