apparently a friend of mine is getting vaccinated because he works as a tutor and this counts as working in “education / child services”? i also occasionally work as a tutor 🤔🤔🤔

Getting vaccinated isn't as hard as you think. Many sites have a quote and there are days they don't use the quota and you can call and get in at EOD with the extra.
At least in WA.

+1 as long as you vaguely meet some sort of criteria it’s fine, they just want shots in arms. No state I know of in practice even cares if you live in that state
