Dissociation is so difficult, it just rejects everything. Hard to work with if it withstands all attempts to negotiate.

Hard part is that dissociation feels very difficult to connect to by definition. It's like trying to negotiate with a siren to stop, it'll capture you in its song when you try to get close

patience is the word i had in mind but it felt too grandiose to actually say, esp. when i haven't tried it myself 😅
and yeah that does seem hard :/
