Yes. Or someone who practices sinal/facial massage as a specialty.
You might also consider someone with maxillofacial experience, e.g. a dentist or oral surgeon. You might be having sinus problems that affect your jaw.

aside from emotional stuff it is probably the fact that i pop an oral appliance into my mouth every night for sleep apnea. really doing a number on my cheek and jaw muscles it seems :/

Oh JC. You need that fitted by a competent specialist. Call the appliance company and ask them who they recommend in the area. (Surprising shortcut) Jaw alignment is incredibly important.
