typical absorption rates are like 4% (contrast more bioavailable formulations, like glycinate or basically anything other than MgO)

i just popped 480mg-equivalent *glycinate* out of curiosity (and because i have a whole pile sitting in my medicine cabinet), which should be ~40x what you took
