that's.... surprising magnesium oxide is notorious for being, to be blunt, nearly useless; it is almost as bioavailable as a rock

yeah i wasn't optimistic about it but like jeez the effect has been weirdly strong could be psychosomatic which would be extremely funny to me 😅

sounds deeply unlikely, it takes way longer than that could be coincidence, or could be effects on digestion (magnesium oxide is primarily used as an *antacid* or laxative, AFAIK)
