I struggled with the 3rd boss longest too, final boss is easier actually I think. Run away a lot, stay far from Theseus, hide behind obstacles when he throws his shit, and take out asterius first

i got really good at dealing with the bone hydra too like i’m shocked how fast he went from scary to boring once i improved my builds and figured out how to stunlock
but i don’t think i’ve taken theseus and asterius further down than half even with builds i thought were insane
