this is completely unimportant but does anyone know what kind of curry this is? i’ve been wondering for literally years since i used to eat it at a chinese restaurant. this one is from a hawaiian place. “yellow curry” brings up the thai curry but this def has no coconut milk

some of the other ingredients of yellow curry sound right tho: cumin, turmeric, garlic, salt, maybe lemongrass, maybe ginger
