What are the outward signs of being very well integrated? How would you know if you met someone who was super well integrated?

big thing for me is how they respond to conflict and criticism. there are people who can sound very wise as long as they're in control of a social situation but who respond very poorly to serious pushback. being able to "actually listen" to criticism is a big... green flag?
