1) a person you don’t feel very connected to can taste a difference, and whether
2) a person you do feel very connected to can taste a difference

(potentially a lot of complication here around what it really means to set an intention - maybe don’t try this unless you’re moderately confident that intention-setting is a thing you can do, idk)

it’s tricky for me too! think i am v much in the habit of blocking and dismissing my own intentions also 😅
said at some point when i asked him about this sort of thing that most people were heavily unbalanced, 90% “starting” and 10% “stopping”
