Ive noticed I only get motivated to exercise if I drink coffee. Not exactly good as I usually limit how often I drink it Anyone got advice on how to get motivated to exercise?

It feels like coffee takes my existing energy and just focuses it together / puts it in a high pressure container Feels like this intuitively explains a lot Good coffee drinks focus good energy Bad coffee focuses anxiety Wonder if i can do this without coffee
