Ive noticed I only get motivated to exercise if I drink coffee. Not exactly good as I usually limit how often I drink it
Anyone got advice on how to get motivated to exercise?

have you tried box breathing? The alertness effect is kind of caffeine-ish and it also makes me want to work out

Huh... makes sense in theory. I'll try it when I'm not as caffinated and report back with the results

Box breathing is excellent fot waking me up and helping me focus

It feels like coffee takes my existing energy and just focuses it together / puts it in a high pressure container
Feels like this intuitively explains a lot
Good coffee drinks focus good energy
Bad coffee focuses anxiety
Wonder if i can do this without coffee

pay attention to which movements your body wants to do and only do those
start with small movements so it's easier to notice the reaction to them
