What're other fantasy books as evocative, poetic, humane, beautiful, creative as Name of the Wind?

i had exactly this question and went on a long fantasy binge after reading kingkiller looking for my next fix. nothing was 100% satisfying but some stuff i ran into that i liked:
- peter brett’s demon cycle
- n.k. jemisin’s inheritance trilogy (not eragon)

- scott weeks’ gentleman bastards series (unfinished)
- brandon sanderson’s stormlight archives (ran into this much later, unfinished)
- daniel abraham’s long price quartet

i would not have guessed you could get so much of the kick of a heist movie in book form! really fun series
