This is so pervasive in my life. Even about mundane things
"stomach hurts. I'm an idiot for not knowing how to care for my body better"
It's not quite a fully-fleshed thought like that, but a general feeling of "this is my fault & i am bad"
Probably hundreds of times a day :/
