So it's easier to annotate because you have more space

it's easier to annotate because i can pin annotations to *exact points in the text*, up to specific words; i could e.g. take notes separately in another app like roam but that misses this tight correspondence between the text and the annotation
Not sure if you have heard of hypothes.is but this seems like it's *exactly* up your alley.
It does PDFs too, supposedly!

Not even supposedly... actually! :) Use docdrop.org if you temporarily need a place to drag and drop a PDF that adds Hypothesis annotation.
