whatever the thing you're talking about is, i haven't been able to identify it in the first five minutes. might just be me or a product of audio quality. nothing particularly adolescent-vibe to me

it's not just happening with my "t"s but there's a thing i'm doing with my "t"s that is like... spitting harder than i need to? i'm really not sure how to describe it but eigen isn't doing it if you want to compare

not quite sure what you're mentioning (can't listen right now) but off chance, are you second gen Chinese? there was something subtle about your cadence that was very reminiscent of another friend
(note it is not at all bad or unusual--never struck me as odd when she did it)

i think she may be 1.5 too 🤔 can't quite recall
but also I genuinely like it and further don't think it would have remotely registered as a thing without having been on longass road trips with her

hmm weird maybe i am just very sensitive to it
this is helpful feedback thanks everyone!
Yes probably. Most of the dissonance comes from how you are used to your voice *in your head via skull resonance*, not in the ears of the people.
2 years of radio and my voice still bugs me. With time comes forgiveness and acceptance. :)
