Are there good resources/tutorials for doing IFS therapy on your own, or should one start with a trained therapist?

one of the classic books about IFS is explicitly called "self-therapy" b/c you're supposed to be able to do it on your own, and/but i've been told (i haven't gone to one myself) that IFS therapists are incredibly helpful. depends i guess!
