a lotta like uh IDW types showed up which was very interesting but i gotta say i am so unused to their style of conversation. everyone holds very strong frame and i get very confused what if any meta-level conversational moves are available. hmm

feels to me like clubhouse could benefit from slightly more formal procedures for passing on the “hotseat.” right now the interruption dynamics strike me as too much like a normal irl group conversation, which privileges people who feel comfortable interrupting a lot

yeah it's frustrating how hard it is to read the room to sync up on that level even in a zoom call :/
it's easier sync on specifically this point on a voice-only call than on video, for reasons I /really/ need to understand better
