Conversation
a lotta like uh IDW types showed up which was very interesting but i gotta say i am so unused to their style of conversation. everyone holds very strong frame and i get very confused what if any meta-level conversational moves are available. hmm

feels to me like clubhouse could benefit from slightly more formal procedures for passing on the “hotseat.” right now the interruption dynamics strike me as too much like a normal irl group conversation, which privileges people who feel comfortable interrupting a lot

My experience with clubhouse lately is the people doing most of the talking should not be doing most of the talking

i happened basically by luck to be a moderator and i don't really have any sense of what moderators can do or what it's like "socially normal on clubhouse" for moderators to do but in the future i think i'd like to be more draconian as a moderator. just cut people off a lot
