You didn't mean both! There's a lot of valuable information in what you were *trying* to communicate, not just the facts about your existence! I want that info!

shitposting is important because sincerity is too limited by frame to be understandable widely. the need to parse levels of humor and different frames in shitposting allows for a multitude of projections and interpretations which you can use to speak to multiple audiences

i think at some level this is what we're doing *all the time*, solely by the nature of how communication is affected by the person listening/interpreting what you're saying! and i love shitposting as an example of this
