BUT -it definitely hijacks time and attention that I should be putting elsewhere, -it makes my brain feel buzzy after too long which can make it difficult to get into meditation, trance, or prayer,

I may start joining in on those. —it seems like people have been coalescing around the same couple no-Twitter days, but I haven’t been paying close attention; is that accurate? Which days are the cool kids doing? The solidarity would help

tuesday is the day i've heard and i'm doing that but i also experimented with sunday this week which was a nice "resting on the sabbath" kinda deal
