I still haven't figured out what I want to do about this. Taking a month off when I get sick of it kind of works but I'd like to find some middle ground

daylong breaks have been good for me so far, might try gradually lengthening them, might need multiple days to condense some blog posts

For some reason when I've tried that before I found it harder than longer breaks, maybe it wasn't enough for brain to take it seriously... I might try it again though if other people are doing it
