This account doesn't have much reach, but perhaps someone can point me in the right direction: Is anyone in this network working on an open-source prophylactic using SARS-Coronavirus-2 neutralizing monoclonal antibodies? I would like to collaborate potentially.

non-expert, closest thing iโve heard of but the discussion among people i trust was not enthusiastic:

I had totally forgotten about the homemade intranasal vaccine plot line (tl;dr itโs easy to do but nobody has yet publicly revealed serology results after doing it)

monoclonals are hard, I would be surprised if anyone was doing them in a biohacker way

Specifically, you need
- a whole protein
- in the right conformation
- at relatively large quantities
- purified extremely well
- taken intravenously
the radvac DIY vaccine has none of these problems, peptides can be bought and sprayed up the nose w/o much risk

There is a bit of hand-waving in the white paper that concerns me too, without even the lack of serology results from those who have "self-vaccinated."
