Ive noticed I only get motivated to exercise if I drink coffee. Not exactly good as I usually limit how often I drink it
Anyone got advice on how to get motivated to exercise?

pay attention to which movements your body wants to do and only do those
start with small movements so it's easier to notice the reaction to them
music helps
fair warning, i don't do this very often myself because it often activates intense feelings for me π
