open-ended question: how do y'all feel generally about
1) paying your friends to do stuff
2) being paid by your friends to do stuff?
comfortable? awkward? feels like it makes the friendship messier? feels like it enriches the friendship? never tried it? something else?

idk what u mean by paying but ocassionally ill buy a concert ticket for a friend or w/e if they wanna go but cant afford. doesnt feel weird at all

i mean more like e.g. commissioning an art friend to do an art, commissioning a web design friend to design a web
i think if able its good to pay artists
like i would tell my friends to advocate for themselves, i should set an example and pay commission etc you know? ive given discounts for friends but still the act of exchange seems important
