looking to crowdsource responses, RTs appreciated: what sorts of activities feel like “rest” or “relaxation” to you? how can you tell? what do “rest” and “relaxation” feel like to you? physically? emotionally?

Hiking/exertion can be rest/relaxation... so can work-like things. In any case I think I feel "re-energized" in some way after. Like, sometimes if I have too much social interaction or stimulation I want to "rest" through focused learning about something...

hmm bodily maybe it feels like "de-activation" sort of, similar to switching from sympathetic-dominant to parasympathetic or smth? Similar feeling from eating a large and satisfying meal, or taking CBD, except it can be through/while doing/engaged?
