what sorts of activities feel like “rest” or “relaxation” to you? how can you tell? what do “rest” and “relaxation” feel like to you? physically? emotionally?

i really should’ve emphasized the second and third parts of the question: how can you tell that you’re resting / relaxing and what does it feel like to rest relax, concretely?
e.g. “i feel at peace. there is no tension in my body. my chest and stomach feel warm. i feel light”

almost anything if it's easy
did an hour bike ride today at a slow pace, felt very resting and relaxing

there's a state i slip into when appreciating nature that i can confidently call rest. also, post-meditation hypnagogic places feel super restful to me. a state of quiet connection and oxytocin is a big one- cuddling for example
all are inherently pleasurable and w/o tension
