Is crying supposed to cause a lot of tension in the belly?? Wondering if I'm suppressing something there, or if it naturally engages the core

in my experience tension in the stomach is an objection to something - maybe the crying, maybe some of the material related to the crying, etc. etc.

I seem to have a lot of self disgust that I'm digesting through that area, and i definitely tense it hard if I try to purposefully hide my crying
But also i had someone say that a couple people like me and missed me and a lot of tension went away, so there's social correlation?

I've gone through two social exiles last year because of the messy process of healing, and now I think all my tools and techniques are all gunked up with negative associations? Objection to the healing process??
