Also and I went through a years long journey tryna figure out this thing where I was having seizures (maybe?β¦) with food and kinda got nowhere except just eating plain chicken and rice seemed fine

sorry for saying we got nowhere. we got a lot of where. i went on high dose of lamictal for seven months and i've been off for a few weeks but things seem to remain fairly settled in my neurochemistry.

okay so here's what i think has been happening to me, would love feedback. i'm p sure i used to have zero food sensitivities. acquired a sensitivity to lactose at age 20 after i studied abroad for a year, god knows why, didn't drink milk the whole time

at age... 24-26, not sure when, acquired a sensitivity to apples, during a pretty stressful period of my life
and have been finding more and more sensitivities since: broccoli (in large quantities), garlic (REAL SAD ABOUT THIS ONE), onions, and whatever today's was is new
