Also and I went through a years long journey tryna figure out this thing where I was having seizures (maybe?…) with food and kinda got nowhere except just eating plain chicken and rice seemed fine

I recall reading about this...some brain chems get synthesized in the guts. Different gut flora have different cravings and different nutritional profiles yield diff brain chems.

I've been down this road with alcohol, gluten, supplements (the reverse), and sugar (I had been vegan for a few years when it all started) - sometimes feels like a slippery slope, but not obvious I missed any exit ramps that would've allowed for a healthier or less traumatic ride
