i think the trick to that is sticking with something long enough to get data
but if the whole problem is not being able to stick to things...

eh i'm not worried about that rn. the data i'm collecting is like "did that action feel good to take 10 milliseconds after taking it" and that data is easy to collect quickly and haphazardly without ever thinking about it
