feeling like i have to spend all day coercing myself to do stuff i dont want to do, and wanting my hobbies/side-hustle(s) to feel noncoercivr

p sure everything i've thought was a lack of direction is actually just me avoiding things once i've lost interest
anyone know of quick and dirty tips to get things done noncoercively

i don't think quick and dirty works for this kind of thing i think you kinda gotta get your shit together and work through some stuff and find some loving support and all that other bullshit 😅

i would also like to know, kinda trying to do that rn
it is a pretty open-ended process of testing out different ways of like... doing?
like should i make plans and execute them, should i just do whatever i feel like, should i do what my stomach wants or what my chest wants

i think the trick to that is sticking with something long enough to get data
but if the whole problem is not being able to stick to things...
