p sure everything i've thought was a lack of direction is actually just me avoiding things once i've lost interest anyone know of quick and dirty tips to get things done noncoercively

i would also like to know, kinda trying to do that rn it is a pretty open-ended process of testing out different ways of like... doing? like should i make plans and execute them, should i just do whatever i feel like, should i do what my stomach wants or what my chest wants
