I think Iβve tried asking before but in case not: what should I read/watch/consume/do in this area to learn it?

my impression is has dabbled in this stuff and/but concluded that the good parts can just be folded into his stuff? maybe he has resources tho

you get some interesting scattered stuff if you just ctrl-F for "energy" (e.g. in the aux practices) but my impression is you can sorta get indirectly to energy stuff by paying attention while doing everything else but idk
i can offer some suggestions off the top of my head also: you can start by paying attention to various different points in your body and noticing what comes up when you do that, you can play around with "putting energy" into them, etc.
